Colette Van Straaten joined Kathairos in early 2026 as Director of Business Development. She began working in the oil and gas industry in 2006 guiding her educational path and had the privilege of learning the oil and gas industry through early work for multiple operators: Greylock Energy and Antero Resources. She has since worked with many upstream and midstream companies through her roles in consulting on Environment Social Governance (ESG), Sustainability, Methane Measurement and Mitigation, Produced Water Treatment, and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) across her career in consulting and climate tech. Colette holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
